鹽梅
yán méi
盐和梅子。盐味咸，梅味酸，均为调味所需。亦喻指国家所需的贤才。 2.调和；和谐。 3.盐花梅浆。可用以擦洗银器。 4.白梅的异名。见明李时珍《本草纲目．果一．梅》。盐味咸，梅味酸，都是调味的必需品。
若作和羹，尔惟盐梅。
《语出书经．说命》
乃殷高宗命傅说为相的言辞，说他是国家极需要的人，后因用以称美相业的言辞。
勒州县时加敦遣，庶能屈志，方冀盐梅。
