释义	赤伏符 chì fú fú新莽末年谶纬家所造符箓，谓刘秀上应天命，当继汉统为帝。后亦泛指帝王受命的符瑞。一种谶文。汉时刘秀曾得赤伏符，占曰：「刘秀发兵捕不道，四夷云集龙斗野，四七之际火为主。」以为得天命，于是借此起事，推翻新莽，恢复汉朝。见《后汉书．卷一．光武帝纪上》。后泛称帝王取得天下的符命。喜闻诸将黄金印，共捧中朝赤伏符。《元．郭钰〈早春试笔〉诗》
