释义	羅馬法典 luó mǎ fǎ diǎn古代羅馬所行的法律。起於西元前五世紀參考雅典法律所訂立的《十二木表法》。其主要精神為法律之前，人人平等；任何人在被證明為有罪之前，均應視為無辜。後查士丁尼為帝，令學者纂為法典，計為四部，集其大成。後來的《拿破崙法典》及《腓特烈法律》皆以此為範本。
