释义	第一準備金 dì yī zhǔn bèi jīn银行资产中，可以立即变换成现金的部分，主要为库存现金、待收票据、在其他银行的存款。政府的一项预算。在各机关执行岁出分配预算遇经费有不足时，可报请上级主管机关核定，转请中央主计机关备案，始得支用第一准备金，并由中央主计机关通知审计部及财政部。也称为「第一预备金」。
