释义	甫竁 fǔ cuì開始挖墓穴。周代王喪，葬前先卜墓域，得吉兆後開始挖地造墓穴。《周禮．春官．小宗伯》:卜葬兆，甫竁，亦如之。賈公彥疏:既得吉而始穿地爲壙，故云甫竁也。又《春官．冢人》:大喪既有日，請度甫竁，遂爲之屍。賈公彥疏:雲請度甫竁者，謂冢人請於冢宰量度始穿地之處也。後以甫竁指墓穴。
