释义	理院鵲巢 lǐ yuàn què cháo相傳明朝大理獄院因殺氣太盛，烏雀一向不來棲息，而竟然會有鵲鳥築於其地，即表示政治清明，遭刑者極少。典出明．邱濬開元二十五年，大理少卿奏：『今歲天下斷死刑五十八人，大理獄院由來相傳，殺氣大盛，烏雀不棲。今有鵲巢其樹，百官以為幾致刑措，上表稱賀。』《大學衍義補．卷一一二．治國平天下之要．慎刑憲．存欽恤之心》後用以比喻法院內沒有訟獄等刑事。
