释义	無量壽經 wú liàng shòu jīng书名。佛教典籍，二卷。三国魏康僧铠译。本经和《观无量寿佛经》、《阿弥陀经》合称净土三经。现存除僧铠的译本外，尚有支娄迦谶译的《无量清净平等觉经》、支谦译的《阿弥陀三耶三佛萨楼佛檀过度人道经》、菩提流志译的《大宝积经》、《无量寿如来会》、法贤的《大乘无量寿庄严经》都是本经的异译本。本经述说阿弥陀佛四十八愿的由来。对阿弥陀佛的信仰和中国净土宗的成立有决定性的作用。本经现除汉译本外，尚有梵文原典和藏文译本传世。
