释义	月忌 yuè jì每月內的忌日。舊俗以農曆每月初五、十四、二十三逢中宮之日爲月忌﹐凡事必避之。古代術數家以九宮與日期相配﹐初一爲一宮、初二爲二宮、初五爲五宮即中宮、初九爲九宮﹐而宮數盡﹐至初十復至一宮﹐循環數中﹐則十四、二十三均逢中宮。中宮爲星位之極﹐至尊之地﹐故當避忌。參閱宋周密《齊東野語．月忌》。
