céng jī fǎ
使种子与媒介物如细砂、锯屑、泥炭土、木灰等，相间成层，装入容器贮藏，为种子贮藏方法之一。使种子与媒质均匀混合，或分层装置，置低温下，或高、低温交替，经以时日，破除其休眠作用，促进发芽。也称为「层积处理」。
