守庚申
shǒu gēng shēn
信奉道教者每于庚申日通宵静坐不眠，谓之守庚申。据南朝梁陶弘景《真诰》卷十载，凡庚申之日，尸鬼竞乱，精神躁秽，夫妻不可同席及言语面会，当清斋不寝，屏除欲念，故云。又见宋叶梦得《避暑录话》卷下。道家称人身有三尸神，每至庚申日，上向天帝陈说众人罪恶，因此在这一天需整夜静坐不眠以求避免，称为「守庚申」。
七守庚申三尸灭，三守庚申三尸伏。
