释义	夏臘 xià là僧人出家的年数。僧人以七月十六日为岁首，七月十五日为除夕；出家后，以夏腊计算年岁，犹常人称年龄为春秋。佛教规定僧众于每岁夏季九十日内，应静住寺内，坐禅修学。其开始与结束，犹如世俗之岁首与旧腊，故称为「夏腊」。参见「结夏安居」条。夏腊
