释义	傅鹰 fù yīng1902-1979化学家。福建福州人。美国密执安大学博士。曾任东北大学、重庆大学、厦门大学、清华大学等校教授。中科院学部委员。提出利用润湿热测定固体粉末比表面的方法；利用热力学理论考察固液界面和气液界面吸附层的性质，设计出一种计算表面活度系数的方法；与人合作研究鸡蛋清蛋白溶液的表面张力，并根据吉布斯公式计算出鸡蛋清蛋白分子的横截面积等。著有《化学热力学导论》、《普通化学》等。
